Position Description:
As a Station Chief or Assistant Station Chief, you will be responsible for ensuring that our day-to-day operations run smoothly and that our clients receive the highest quality of service. These are full-time, on-site positions.

Position Details:
> We handle US Mail in and out of Aircraft Cargo Containers. (Requires a hands on manager)
> These operations typically run through the night. (times vary slightly) (from 5 PM until 6am most days)

Position Qualifications:
> A sense of ownership is a must... not just another employee.
> Experience in warehousing and warehouse production management
> A controlled sense of urgency
> Excellent organizational and leadership skills
> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
> Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
> Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
> Proficiency with a computer. (specifically Microsoft Office products; Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
> MUST be able to pass a 5 year FBI background clearance (for USPS clearance)
